As a follow up, I contacted OVERLOUD directly and told them I have SONAR SPLAT with TH3 and a full version of TH1.... I never went to TH2....
 
They came back to me with a 30% off full price coupon code.  Not such a good deal.  I would have thought that if something was brewing with CAKE, they would have advised to hold off.
 
Now, I wait and see.

Too bad that's all they're willing to do.......I suppose it's still a new product. They'd make more money if they sold it for something reasonable (say) $99 rather than trying to get a minority buying at $199.
 
They'll have more sales in the future......especially with that asking price.

Why do you ask? They do not list any address on their website...yes, that is a bit strange but if you have any concerns regarding taxes I am sure they can answer that. This particular sale would be for download. I know several folks here who have used them. (Myself getting the great Melodyne Editor3 to Studio 4 for $126 in April.)
I personally did not have tax added to my sale (Missouri)
