From a web search I learned the Alesis V49 is a USB powered midi controller with 49 keys, 4 assignable buttons, 4 rotary encoders, modulation and expression wheels, and 8 touchpads. The keys and touchpads are velocity sensitive.
I do not believe Music Creator 7 is designed to play samples in real time however there is a good chance I'm wrong and someone will jump in and correct me (I hope
). All is not lost though.
You may be able to set up eight tracks, insert a sample player on each track, load a waveform into each sampler, play each track continuously and use the touchpad to control track volume or the mute/unmute function.
