They both load but this is what they look like. I have reinstalled the update and the FX package multiple time to no avail. Any ideas?

Thanks! I did per the link you provided, installed well, no joy though, still just a blank plugin.

its the open gl, i had the same problem, updated drivers, the version of open gl my geforce is running is 3.3.0

Find out what version of OpenGL you are running.  This may well be the problem

According to the AMD website, the HD7770 card supports up to OpenGL 4.2  

This might be a bit of an ask, but is there any possibility that you able to temporarily try a different video card - maybe even an Nvidia card to see of you, by any chance have a faulty card?  Might want to get a knowledgeable mate to give you a hand with this if this is daunting....

This is a known issue with other users including myself.

I am having the same issue also.
 

I'm not sure what all this means, but I tried to do what was asked and this is what I got, Plus a shot from a different program that give a few more specs.
