I love saving pics like the ones on the prior page.  Gives me things to think about once I can finally have a studio again.  I like how Lang's studio roof is done and how he has outlets in the chair rail all around the room - noice!

BTW, one screen? One screen? How does he do such great stunts with such a small monitor?
(Straummy will get that ref)

Inspiring indeed. I can't tell you how much I look forward to finally buying a house in Vegas and getting back to a proper home studio. Even just to have a dedicated room for the first few months down there next fall. Thankfully, my wife also sees the home studio as a priority - so it's even better.

There was a cool thread Scott Lee started upstairs some time ago where fellow forum members posted pics of their studio. Lots of inspiration there too - and a couple of very impressive ones.

Hey Rain
I'm also a lucky guy who married a woman that understands my hobby. She gave me some space in the basement for my studio. It's no Mr.Langs, but I cant complain.

Wow, man. And it's a hobby?!

Wait til I show her those pics - we definitely have to top that if we really want to finish that 2nd album of hers at home. ;)

I'm a WANT-A-BE muscian. Trust me I'm cheap. I never pay full price and I do research on everything before I buy.  GOOD LUCK on your studio and don't forget to post some pics

COOL!  New pics from Kev!  I'm putting these with all the others you posted before...  You're are a perfect example that you can make a great-looking studio without going overboard.  It's the ambience that's particularly killer!

Kev, how long is the MIDI cable coming from the drums (if any)? I'm getting tired of lugging my brother's kit closer to the desk in order to record some drums. Any problems with RFI? Any special shielding on your cables?
