I already have the full version of TH3. Is this CW version gonna screw that up or is there a way to NOT install the CW version?

It only installs a VST3 version. Are you running the VST3 "Full" version?
If you are, It's in the "boutique FX" bundle, so I'd say either
- don't update this
- or check C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Overloud and make a safe copy of your TH3 file, so it doesn't get overwritten.
It's called TH3-64.vst3 is that the same name as your file?

I am sure there will be an upgrade promotion to follow. I will work with TH3 Cakewalk for a while and wait on the promo or a holiday sale, if I upgrade. I have the full version of TH2 and several other ampsims. Currently I do not use ampsims very much.

On 27th April I asked Overloud: "Is there (or will there be in the future) an upgrade path to the full TH3 from the version that ships with Cakewalk April 2016 release?"
 
The response I received from Overloud was:

"in a few days Cakewalk should announce the upgrade available on their store"

So, I guess, watch this space

So just delete the Cakewalk one - because it's the same as what you have - but with only some of the components ;-)

Yeah, sadly it ruined my installation of TH3 full.

Anyone know what the cost is to upgrade from the included version to the full version of TH3? I really like this plugin.

This is what I was told by Overloud when I asked about availability of the upgrade path to TH3 full:

I guess we have to wait...   when Cakewalk know, we will know.
