Just installed the new Update 2016.04 (incl. Boutique FX...) but in the VST3 list there is no TH3. Where is it?
 
Edit: Found it, it was hidden in a sub folder (C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3) so it didn't find it on startup but after manual look for plugs...

Did you rescan VSTs?

Most vst3's install in Common Files for some reason 

Same for me...installed update and no TH3. Rescan VST didn't help. It isn't in C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 either.....
What is the filename...? want to search for it.
LP EQ/MB installed just fine.

On my Windows 7 64bit system, it called "TH3-64.vst3" and it's in the "C:\Program Files\Common Files\vst3\Overloud" folder. 

Note: TH3 Cakewalk edition is fully functional on my system.

I had to open Command Center once more, and hit Update button - there is an additional update after the first update that installed LP EQ/MB (for me at least)....now I have TH3.

From the Command Center I had to install Boutique FX Suite. I didn't install this before because these items were already in Platinum for me. But I saw that it was responsible for install TH2 (like I said I already had this installed and working). After installing this, TH3 showed up VST3.

FWIW the eZine contains information on what you need to download to obtain all the components in the update.

I've logged in and out, restarted numerous times, rescanned and for whatever reason the only place TH3 shows up is in the FX of the master channel or busses under VST3. From there I dragged it to an audio channel and the demo works fine. ( not that I care but thought the info may help others)
It does not show in audio or midi channels -FX-VST3.

I had the same issue. In CC go to Boutique FX Suite and hit reinstall once or few times.
