I've been getting her robo calls for years now. Usually 2-3-4 times a week. Sometimes I hang up, sometimes I get an actual company rep and waste their time by tell them to quit calling me. Well today I got really mad and filed a complaint with the FTC. The FTC has been following them for years now, but I wanted to make it official. I'm on the "do not call" list but Rachael doesn't care. Apparently Rachael is a financial office in Florida and/or California that gets your credit card number and promises to get your interest rates reduced and puts a $600-$1,490 charge on your credit card. It's a total rip off. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER !!!!!
Just google "Rachael from Cardholder Services" and you'll read all about it !!
This needs to be reported to the Consumer Protection Agency in your state, and if there is no reply to the FBI.
This is a ploy by Credit Card companies to raise your interest rate from the introductory one, and then keep it high because your account is "at risk". Bank of America and its affiliates is famous for this, but since this is a country that allows commercial rip-off and congress agrees with it, and the Attorney Generals think that BofA and Chase, and others are too big to chase down and have them fix the issue ... you alreayd know the answer ... fu!
