I'm definitely with a large  MIDI latency, compared to Audio
My Audio device is Focusrite Scarlett ASIO Output 1
My MIDI device is Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth
 
If I'm playing a simple midi file in Sonar (no VST, directly in MIDI) while the metronome is set to "Use Audio Metronome", MIDI notes are played much later than the metronome audio clicks.
 
Anyone could tell me how to keep latency synchronized between audio and midi?

Do not use the Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth
Disable the device in MIDI output and use TTS-1 instead.
With no MIDI output device defined, SONAR will automatically use TTS-1 when opening a MIDI file.

Basically, you say it is not easy to have a synchronization between audio and midi (at least in the case of Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth), correct? 
Because in this case, every time I want to open a simple MIDI file, I have to make a manual operation:

1. Open MIDI File
2. Insert -> Soft Synth -> DirectX -> Cakewalk TTS-1
3. Select ALL tracks (Ctrl+A)
4. Tracks -> Selected Track Outputs
5. Set MIDI Outputs to Cakewalk TTS-1
6. Ok

In this case, is there any way to speed up this process?

Try disabling all MIDI output devices in preferences before opening the MIDI file.
