Personally I don't care if band mates get a glow on before the gig. Just as long as they can still play. I've been known to have a few barley pops before hitting the stage but not to the point of being useless like that guy was. Horrible. Absolutely horrible... and yeah, I've had to deal with it many times. It's always a let down.
