If you're performing bends via a connected keyboard it's best to practice the bends and get them as close to perfect as you can - you can better edit them afterwards if the bend is pretty close to start with.
Don't forget you can record bends independent of notes so I always do it in 2 passes - one for note data and one for pitch bend/controller data.
Alternatively, if you want to draw the bend in, set your Snap settings to something sensible like 1/16 or 1/32
Most synth patches won't sound as though the resolution is this coarse and should very convincing - and you don't have many nodes to worry about for subsequent editing.
ALWAYS make sure the end of the "bent". phrase returns to zero (little black dot) otherwise your next note will be out of tune.
