Oh and I'll definitely let you know how things work out. After the repair I may just end up setting up the Yammie this way too. Just worried about my big 6 string chords and stuff getting wonked on tape while I'm learning because of my hamfistedness.

It was an offer of sound information-didn't realize I
would learn anything from it by posting but now I realize there
may be a strong market for rubber tremelo arms.

Sorry...I know about tremelo's but not much about chickens. Now my wife...she knows
about chickens and she doesn't like them- alive. Dead is good...much like this thread IMO.
