Woot woot! It's out there!

I don't mean to do any advertising here... but this will sound like it!!

But I installed and spent some time playing the game The Secret World last night! My band has 4 songs in there and tried to hunt for them. I had to kill a lot of stuff along the way so didn't quite get as much time as I wanted to go search for where it's played. But it was good fun! And already the advertisements work - first orders for our previous album in a couple of years started to come in this weekend. Can't wait to get the new record out there!

And I have to admit - killing demons is fun!

Hmmm... this may steal some music making time...

Where do we find this game and where is your music in it?  or is it all just virtual?

Wow, you're like virtually famous now!!!

I virtually congratulate you (and will probably have to play the game someday too!).

ha ha must be virtual! It's using internet and everything! It's called "The Secret World"  and just launched. So far I have no idea where the music is but rumours on the street says it's somewhere in London. If you just want to hear the songs you can find them here

Thanks Craig! Virtual is good enough for me And the game isn't that bad actually. I'm not much of a gamer but enjoyed TSW so far. All I really need to do is find my music in there and then I'll probably be done with it tho

How can it be a Secret, if you're talking about it?    Great news none the less.
Congrats Marius!

I tried having a virtual life once.  My virtual persona went offline and created a non-virtual me.  That guy came over to my place, ate my Cheetos and hogged my recliner.  I tried to reason with my virtual self, but he won the virtual debate.  My virtual self's non-virtual self took over my life.  I couldn't even live in my van down by the river because he was driving my van and the police don't let you live down by the river without a van.

In desparation, I attempted to delete my virtual self.  Unfortunately, my virtual self had anticipated this move and had directed his non-virtual self to change my password to something other than "password", "1234" or "becan".  Now, I'm worried that my virtual self will retaliate and attempt to delete me.

It's just the sort of thing I would do if I were him.

Lol Bubba....I initially read the first sentence as "I tried having a virtual Wife once".

Congrats Marius!

So, what's it like to be virtually rich & famous? :)

Mesh, the consequences for that are not virtual.
