It's been 100 here, in the shade, every day for the last 2 weeks.

I got the wife moved in to her apartment in Overland Park KS. The day she moved in it was 105 actual temp. I've lost 25 pounds in the last 3 weeks. Crazy.

So they had already removed the rope from your neck before that picture was taken?

Hah. Wouldn't it be cool if I dropped dead in the heat tomorrow while working outside and this was the last known picture of me. Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo. (Twilight Zone Theme).

There was a girl I went to school with who got her picture in our high school yearbook. It was Halloween and she was dressed like the devil. She got killed in a car accident on Prom Night and everyone always thought it was creepy and weird about the picture.

I am  42 years old and never been married because in  picking "the chosen one" it is a delicate and patient process. 

The whole thing took 42 years to weed out just the right one. Plus we've known each other 9 years and dated 4 or 5 of them 9 years.... so  I knows her... and she got some wise cracks too 

As far as heat...... it's been hot in Chicago for sure....another 100 plus tomorrow ... and no rain in the forecast....

The Chosen One texted me this morning and said Mens Ware House called and said I need to be fitted for a tux ASAP if not then my August 8th 


is it ASAP or August 8th ....
