Looks like some tasty new stuff is on the way.  I guess I need to get on board.  I last updated to Hopkington or Ipswich.  I have the new start screen, but not Patch Points.

Something I want to do is record the output of Nectar 2 harmonies to another bus or track and then mute the lead vocals and export the project.  I control Nectar 2 with a Send from the lead vocal.  Maybe this can be done already, but Patch Points seem to be designed for that.  I'll have to read up on how to record to a track during playback as I've never done that, but I'm sure I've seen it mentioned in these forums.

Hey Olemon.

Patch points/aux tracks are indeed awesome!

You probably already know this, but you can insert nectar on your vocal track, solo the harmonies within Nectar and bounce them to their own track too.

Of course, recording the output real-time will work as well:)

I didn't actually know that, but I suspected there was a way.  I bounce clips after processing with Melodyne.  I suppose bouncing a track to another track is similar.  I'll look into it.  Thanks:)
