Hello All!

I am interested in resetting my Sonar Platinum "Start Screen" so that the previous projects under "Recent Projects" do not show up any longer.  You know, kind of like it looks like when you first install Sonar for the first time.

Is there a way to clear all Recent Projects, or even delete the ones that show up on that list individually?  If anyone knows how I might go about doing that, I would greatly appreciate the info.

Thanks kindly in advance!

simply rename the project, rename the directory or move it ... Sonar startup screen only shows what is still available

I do manual backups and versioning after important changes to the song (e.g. mega_hit_v05.cpp) and whenever I hike that manual backup number one up, I move the older ones including auto-saves to a subfolder so that Sonar only shows that latest and greatest version of the song

The recently used file names are stored in the registry HKEY_Current_User\Software\Cakewalk Music Software\SONAR\Platinum\Recent File List. Edit it by hand or use the autohotkey script I wrote here or if you prefer, here is a compiled version of the script for 64bit SONAR.

Thank you all so much for your help and assistance.  All great advice and ideas here.

Scook, your compiled little executable works like a charm!  It's EXACTLY what I needed.  Thank you kindly, my friend.
