Since the latest W10 update, I cannot get CbB to recognise my Mackie Control (X Touch) control surface. It was working great before the update.
I even trtied rolling back the W10 update and still have the same issue.
Splat is working perfectly.
I have checked every setting between the two and they look identical.
Anyone have this problem or a fix for me?

Check which MIDI mode you are using in CbB. If it is UWP, try the old one.
 
Otherwise:
1) Remove Mackie Control from Control Surfaces section
2) Disable its MIDI In and Out in MIDI section
(restart CbB... just in case)
3) Enable In and Out ports
4) insert Makcie Control
5) Check.... if that still does not work:

6) Close CbB
7) in Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer!) visit "%APPDATA%" folder. Find subfolder for CbB (for Sonar it is "Cakewalk/<Sonar version>", but I am not booted into Windows to check what it is for CbB...). And DELETE TTSSEQ.INI file there
8) Start CbB and configure MIDI/Mackie control again.

Is the X-Touch recognized (and installed) in Windows?  Check the Device Manager and see if its listed in the Sounds section.  I had to do a reinstall of my X-Touch at one point as it wasn't working in Sonar (but was in Studio One 3).  Actually what I did was uninstall the X-Touch in the Device Manager, power off the X-Touch, reboot the PC and after Windows loads, power on the X-Touch and Windows detected and reinstalled the X-Touch.  That fixed my problem.
