It is interesting. During the Tape days of the 70s and 80s, how many complained about waiting to rewind, having to fast forward, having to bias machines, splicing tape, magnetic issues erasing tapes, having tapes fail, etc.?
Yet, it seems in the digital world - everything is suppose to be perfect at all times. Digital is so much faster and easier than tape, but it does seem to attract more whining. Maybe I am just not remembering the "tape" days well enough?
