Are you using CCC to install SONAR? If so, do you have the latest version? Are you on a monthly or annual payment plan? If on monthly (online with CCC), could it be that there is some issue with Cleverbridge and payment? If offline, and monthly, I believe that you will need to go online at the end of your monthly payment to keep activated. Others may know better. If on annual payment, you should not have that issue. If the latter is the case, I would contact support.
