When I launch command center, it says there is a new update available, would I like to download, etc...
 
I say yes, it goes to the download screen, and stays at 0.00% indefinitely. The last time I just clicked no and went straight to the SONAR update downloads, which are humming along as we speak. Is there another way to download the update?

I think the Command Center update doesn't track progress very well.  It just sits at 0.00% and then is magically done at some point.  You might wait it out.  Also double check you don't have a window waiting for your response in the background (hidden by another window.)  That trips us up now and then too.

I found this the case also, never updating percentages. Monitoring Network-easy to tell when download was done - then the 'agreement' popup - all in all, took about 15 minutes. (I live in the woods with only a 1.5mps provision - but I can turn up to 11:))
