I wanted to program drums with step sequencer but my Addictive Drums does not appear to have the little grid icon that I was expecting upon its interface to enable me to correctly map it to step sequencer. In fact, the bar at the top (where it says 'on' and 'file') is just grey ?
Any clues ?

Update : it would seem that most of my plug ins have the same issue : no act button, no step sequencer button etc 
 
Update#2 So it would seem that Addictive Drums along with various other Cakewalk synths (Dropzone etc) are installed on my machine as 32bit - this could be why it they arent appearing/ working properly ?
 
Any idea how to fix this ?

Okay- fixed Addictive Drums. Re- installed and now running in 64bit with all buttons now showing. However, when I hit the step sequence button it opens the step sequencer ok but lists all musical notes (all samples in the patch) rather than just drum names!
Confused!!
