It would probably help if you provided a little more information on your set-up.

1. CPU =
2. RAM = 
3. Sound Card =
4. Driver Mode = (ASIO. MME, WMD etc)
5. Sample or Buffer size =
6. OS =

And don't forget to set the MIDI channel to OMNI or specifically to the MIDI channel the track is set to.
