Thanks.

There's something weird going on with server time on these forums. Posts seem to have 30 minutes added on top of the timestamp.

You are a difficult person to please. HAHA.

Just saying, I wondered what happened with 30 minutes of my life for a while, and had to check if I took my meds..
Enjoying reading the ezine right now. Thanks again.

Hmm, maybe something is going on. Like every time you post, you lose 30 minutes of time. If that's the case it's best to choose our posts wisely. Like maybe not complain about losing 30 minutes of time :)

Or maybe during those 30 minutes of lost time, you are doing something super creative and you don't even know it. Definitely requires more investigation.

Andrew, it's clear the time travel plug-in still has bugs. I recommend removing it before the release drops, unless you already did so the future, and I don't know it yet because I'm still in the present.

I do understand Mr Andertons predicament, however I think any sort of public release without documentation available is a mistake.

Anderton
The public release does have the eZine. I believe early access has the online help. Early access is an "as is" release for those who want it. It is not intended to replace the official public release.

To repeat again I think any sort of public release without documentation is a mistake, that's just my opinion which obviously does not matter, and I appreciate your clarification.

Anderton
Your opinion doesn't matter because it's not based on fact. Online help, which is indeed documentation, was available with early access. Click "What's New" under Help. In fact you don't even have to download the early access release to see What's New.

Craig why can't you leave things as it is without having to have a nit picking fight? The ezine is out and it is all history and I'm enjoying reading the ezine.

We all know there are help files included. By documentation I obviously mean release notes up front don't I? That way we can decide whether we want to install it or not. I don't use CCC unless I have to. I notice I'm not the only person who has said this. If you didn't know this for some odd reason here is your clarification.

It just so happens we've got these within 24 hours, that's fine. Maybe next month it can be done simultaneously. I suggest we all get on with better things now life is too short, I'm still enjoying reading your ezine.

Uh...What happened to the 'O'?

2016.03 doesn't start with 'O'.

Is there some little burg in Massachusetts named 2016.03?

I didn't realize that in your opinion, including information on all the new features didn't qualify as release notes. Now that you've made that clear, carry on.

Release notes should include new features and bug fix information which I can read away from CCC and before I download the patch. I am now extremely sorry I expressed my opinion have a nice day.

There was a hold up on the final release to be sure it was fully ready. I am fully with CW in their care in being sure the quality of the final release is working as they wish it to. Noel has said it will be released sometime next week. At present if one can't wait one can get the early release. That is online and working fine.

I for one think CW is doing the right thing here.

No problem, I just didn't realize exactly how you defined "documentation" until the last post. You are correct that bug fixes are not listed in the online documentation.

i think the "release notes" should be a simple text file, listing features and fixes (with appropriate CWBR numbers), completely separate from the in-depth e-zine, which has a more consumer flavour than a technical/engineering scent
