On my cell here so audio is not clear, but I am not sure if that is recoverable (possibly if buried in a mix but unlikely if exposed). Re-tracking would be the ideal solution.
When tracking, the input gain on your interface is prime focus. Just doing quick takes can verify responses. Another aspect is play variation (esp. with no compressor involved) where you practice light, but may play harder - a quick check of this is play a 6-string chord for "max volume" (I use G most often). Be sure that does not clip, then track.
Once familiar with setups you can get "in the ballpark" quickly, so taking the time to analyze your setup will aid you tenfold in the long run.
