In that case, you might want to talk to whoever maintains your web site because it quite clearly promises "Innovation delivered monthly" as part of the description of the membership program.

Define "Innovation".

That promise has been kept. Therefore there is no need to change it.

Instead of a huge update at the end of march we got the early access and the huge update a few days later.
This is definitely a monthly innovation.
If have no problem with this solution.
It's a great work from cakewalk.

Also a reminder - as Craig and others have reiterated, we have never said that we would guarantee a release every month. We generally aim for it and have managed to do so in the past but some releases end up being bigger depending on the feature set and may not fit nicely into that schedule. Its also very possible that you may have a release with no new features but some bug fixes or something else like new fxchains or other content.

The release is available today. What's the problem? Seriously, you are going to split hairs. We are more interested in releasing stuff that has been properly tested. What other DAW companies are putting out releases with this frequency? This really seems like minor quibbles. Surely there are bigger problems in the world.

True but I'm responding to "we have never said that we would guarantee a release every month".  Quite clearly the web site and blog has promised monthly updates as part of the membership program that we pay for.

And we have delivered a release every month. So again, what's the problem? You know there are software owners who go months and years without any updates :)

I'm not splitting hairs.  I'm quoting your own materials!  I was trying to be helpful by pointing out that Cakewalk as a company is communicating a mixed message on this which might explain why a lot of people seem confused about the membership program.  A better response would have been "Oh wow, thanks for pointing out those inconsistencies in our message.  We'll have to get that resolved!"
