The "next" update already happened on March 22nd. It sounds like the problem people in this thread are having is that the time travel plug-in is installed incorrectly, because the system has gone back in time to before the update. Go to the plug-in preferences (alt-click on the little time travel logo in the upper right corner) and enter a date of March 23rd (
not the current date) and the Command Center should then show the update is installed.
However, a known limitation is when you reset the time, you will have to re-live everything you did since March 23nd. Unfortunately this doesn't mean you can do anything differently, because you won't remember what you did...it wouldn't have happened yet.
