I have mt version of sonar installed on computer without internet connection.  I have usb wifi device that works some times and doesn't work most of the time.  Really don't want internet on my music computer if possible but do want ot continue to get updates when they come out.  How does one set up the command center on another computer and transfer d/l's to the computer in question?

You can do it by downloading to your on-line computer from your store account then transfer the files via USB stick.

No need for the command centre, you will need to authorise by the offline method and manage your own updates.

I believe that your store account will show the most recent release at the top of the list for each installer.

I was doing this without issue for the last year more because of my limited bandwidth than connection.
I would use my Laptop at other peoples homes to both update my laptop version with CCC and then download and store all the files for later transfer to my offline DAW.
It certainly is easier with the CCC. Manual install is way more time consuming. You can register Sonar offline, but not a few of the other things like Addictive Drums, Melodyn and Dim Pro.  So you end up on line anyhow.
I would have to move my DAW to my router location and plug in every so often so I was always 3 or 4 versions behind.

I now have run a LAN cable all the way upstairs and changed over to Satellite Internet so problem solved for me. CCC is the way to go with this software but it's nice you have the offline option for at least the main program.

Connect your modem to the ethernet plug of your off line pc.
In this way you are connected and you can use command center and download all the updates you like.
You can also download the updates of all your toys.
When you have finished, unplug the ethernet.
