Hi Sonar friends,

Today I discovered when I opened a project that I have saved a file with the same name of another and lost the one I was working on! Is there any way of undoing that saved file I have created some time ago?
Is there any kind of saved project undo history function?

Thank you very much

Not that I know of except if its audio you could try to copy that audio into a new project with a new name and please us per project folders.

Ooops, too bad I had not converted it to audio, It was just the midi information.
It is really sad I have lost a development of one work I was creating.
Actually I don`t remember of doing anything wrong with that project.

Thank you John

If autosave or versioning is enabled, there still may be a recent copy of the overwritten project available.

Autosave is not enabled but how to check if versioning is enabled?
Thank you
Ooops, I have found it and it wasn`t enabled.

It is set on the same page as autosave, Preferences > File > Advanced
To access older versions use File > Revert

Yes, thank you Scook but it only works if you had enabled versioning and it was not enabled.

It`s ok. I have lost my job.

Thank you very much

Yes, it cannot restore something which does not exist. At least you know how to recover should this happen again.
