Solved- Read post # 5     How to get 4 add packs!

I downloaded and ran the AD 2 installer and only 1 add pack shows to me?.
I think it's because I originally registered AD with Professional.
My CCC shows 2 versions of AD-2  both are green ,,   one shows I have 1 add pak the other shows 3 add paks.
I finally have good internet now so I'm updating everything.
Should I contact them or is this a Cakewalk store issue?

Thanks everyone. I'll dig out my info and send them an e mail. It's the weekend so didn't expect them to respond until Monday.
I was just wondering if the Installer get's attached to the Professional version somehow only allowing 1 add pack.
My account page now has doubles of a lot of stuff.
Last night I updated everything minus any loops which I have no use for.
I originally thought that upgrading from Professional to Platinum overwrote Professional. But It still stays onboard as a completely separate licence along with all it's extras. I bought it a year ago and upgraded to Platinum in the Summer. So Pro will no longer updates.

I sure hate the way the CCC take forever to re scan for all updates between each install.

SOLVED- by myself

So interesting info I will share just in case others find themselves upgrading. And also important to first time buyers. Read on.

When you purchase Sonar Producer you get AD 2 Solo which comes with  1 add pak.
When you purchase OR upgrade to Platinum you get AD 2 "Producer" which comes with 3 add paks.

On my account page in CCC I have 2 Addictive Drums 2 buttons.
So I have both AD2 Solo and Producer.
The word Producer  made me assume it was the version I received with Sonar Producer. Not so.
So when I looked in the downloads of the XL Audio installer it showed downloads for Solo which I figured was my upgraded version. Wrong.
I then for the first time noticed the 2 registration numbers were different. Ah Ha!

Entered the registration number for AD2 Producer and bingo, I now have 4 add packs available! very cool.

So it would seem to me that there's some very good perks in taking an upgrade pathway as apposed to going for the top version as a first time buyer. Note the upgrade deal from Producer to Platinum was only $175 can.

Only problem now is "What to download as my 4th pak?"  BIG :)   on my face today Thank you Cakewalk!

Glad you got it hashed out Johnny. And yeah, your breakdown on the issue and how to resolve will probably be a reference point for any future users with this issue.
Way to be a Forumite !
