Hi Everyone!

I have two computers with similar specs. One with an "MAudio Fast Track Ultra 8R" at work, the other with an "Lexicon Omega"at home. I made some recordings with MAudio. Can I continue my work at home with Lexicon? My doubt is if this could carry any type of problems in the project. ie: different clocks of sound cards could affect in any manner the clips in the project, or whatever problem (if there is a problem) could I have?

Can I add recordings at home, then carry project to work, add some recordings, go home, etc?

Cheers

There's no real issue with changing interfaces, I do this all the time between the 2 shown in my signature.
As long as both interfaces and versions of Sonar are using the same clock rate.
My self I stick with 44.1/24 for this and have never had issues.
Only noticeable is the screen size.
You may have to re assign inputs, no big deal. Outputs will stay on 1/2.
I will add that your Lexicon is a trouble maker with not very good drivers according to a few threads that have been around here. So if you experience any driver issues it's no surprise.

I use 48/24 and both Sonar are the same version, same plugins.
Ok with screen, and re assign, no problem with that!
For me the Lexicon its pretty stable, but she has her days!

Thanks Cactus!
