Cakewalk by Bandlab includes Bitbridge, which is a mechanism that allows you to seamlessly use 32bit plugins. You can also purchase a thing called Jbridge which provides an alternative if Bitbridge gives you issues. Cakewalk by Bandlab allows you to select Jbridge for individual 32bit plugins if you wish.
After you have installed Cakewalk by Bandlab, you can add extra plugin scan paths (in Preferences | File | VST settings). You could create a path just for 32bit plugins and include that path in your list of plugin paths.
Personalty, I would ditch as many 32bit plugins that you can and replace them with 64bit equivalents. Your DAW stability will thank you for it.
