When I click on the link in the email to renew it takes me to an upgrade page for $149 instead of renewing for $99. Is this price automatically adjusted? Also under "My Products" Sonar Platinum isn't even listed.

I am logged using single sign-on and clicking the Pay One Time option takes me to a renewal of $149.
 
Under "membership details" it also says I don't have any memberships.

I have had a subscription over the past year. When I go to renew via the 99.00 method I am presented with a charge of 149.00 at checkout.  I have contacted support and they asked me to provide my S/N. I did and now I am hearing nothing back.

Please advise as I have sent several emails now with no further contact back.  The ticket number has been in the subject line.

We also looked into your account and that problem is being resolved soon as well.

WOW. How could you not sign up for another year? Its official Cakewalk's Sonar blows everything else out of the water! Actually that has been official for a while now. I just signed up and I am looking forward to another year with Sonar.
