And the Cakewalk community should give ITSELF a big pat on the back for not just supporting what Cakewalk is doing, but participating actively in SONAR's development. I've never seen a company with so many consultants, let alone ones who cared so much about the product

All the best for 2016 and keep up the excellent progress.

Some exciting stuff, for sure, but  I was looking for a deep Matrix overhaul as a primary reason to renew (thankfully, I'm still covered for updates until this summer, though). Really hoping we see a Matrix related announcement before it is my time to make a renewal decision.  Otherwise, my money will have to go to Abelton in order to get the functionality I want.  I'd rather not have two DAW's, though!
 
The above said, I certainly don't dispute the value of the pending announced updates.
