Hi guys. I'm emailing back and forth with Dean Capper on this problem, but I thought I'd ask everyone here as well. First off, I'm an offline Platinum user, with no internet access besides my android phone. After I installed Newburyport, it reverted to demo mode. I've installed the latest CCC, I've run Splat as administrator, and I've followed every piece of advice that I could find on the forum, but to no avail. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be grateful to hear them. BTW, I'm running Windows 7 x64. Thank you!!!

I had the same thing happen to me after the update. But for me it didn't persist. I did the roll back and roll forward thing and that seemed to clear the problem.

Hi ampfixer. I'm offline, so I can't access anything through the CCC. I did a complete uninstall and wiped the registry clean of anything I could find related to Platinum. No luck. Dean sent me a batch file to try, and that didn't work either. Thanks for your post though.

Please don't take this the wrong way...you DID launch the updated version via CCC, yes?

I did install it. But, being offline, when I launch it, it just says something about not being connected.

Very frustrating. Nothing Dean is suggesting is working, and now he's off for the weekend.

Have you done a recent offline activation?

SONAR was threatening to go into demo mode for me, claiming my membership was expiring, but a new OA runaround fixed it.

If your DAW is offline, does CCC have any benefits? I just download and install the monthly updates.

I update manually and have my studio pc offline. When my membership rolled over recently Sonar went into demo mode. I installed the new ccc, briefly connected to my wifi and launched sonar through ccc and all was fixed. Could you use your android phone as a hotspot just to allow CCC to connect and launch sonar?  It is very quick will only need to be done once.

Yes, I did the offline activation. No luck.
