I would personally love it if they would...seems like every other DAW works with both platforms. oh well...maybe one day.

Logic is Mac only.

I seriously wouldn't hold your breath waiting for a Mac version of Sonar, for the reasons stated above.

Hi frosty,
don´t have any suggestions on Sonar on mac (osX)
but dark humor:
During a funeral, the pallbearers accidentally bump into a wall and hear a faint moan. They open the casket and find out that the woman is actually alive.
She lives for 10 more years and then dies. There is another funeral for her. At the end of the service, the pallbearers carry out the casket.
As they are walking out, the husband cries out, "Watch out for the wall!"

cheers

SONAR is deeply married to Windows. Adapting it to Mac would require a profound rewrite of its basic architecture. It would entail a huge expense will little payoff, since Logic and ProTools own 95% of that market already, and we sometimes forget just how much bigger the Windows market is. Does a company want 10% of a huge market or 0.01% of a much smaller market?
