I deleted one of my keeper guitar tracks by accident ..I closed out the project a few times ..So I cant use the history ...Im using Sonar 8.5.3 Producer ...Is there anyway I can find this file or guitar track somewhere ? ...Im so pissed at myself ...

If you recorded audio, the file should still be in the project audio folder.  If it's in multiple clips it may be a little harder to realign everything.

Yes, so long as you saved the project (or some version of it) at least once with the audio still referenced, the file will still be in the project's audio folder. Audio is only discarded if you close the session in which it was recorded without saving or had already deleted the clip before saving that first time.
