After a SONAR crash I submitted a problem and got a nice email with a link to check the status. Unfortunately, when I click the link and sign in it tells me I have no incidents. Anyone venture a guess why?

You get emails? I sent 3 crash reports and got no emails.

I have never been able to get the Cakewalk problem reporter to work, did I say never ? . . . yes never.
It's not from never trying to get it to work, but I think the longest I waited one time was 30 minutes, went for coffee, sorry, that's my limit . . . time to reboot, restart. Is there a recipe to make it work ? I don't even know if the crash information ever got through to Cakewalk, I stopped caring about that years ago . . . though I always like to be helpful to Cakewalk to aid in fixing things . . . this just doesn't seem to be very useful, since there is never any feedback about the crash issue, or whether they actually pay any attention to it anyways. Reboot, restart, move on.

I will also add that my crashes are very few compared to what some others here on the forum are reporting, so for me it's really a non-issue . . . still, if it's a feature, it really needs fixing . . . if it doesn't work for so many years, delete it, save us all some time.

Oddly enough, I'd NEVER seen the fault reporter work before either, but a couple days ago I opened up a project and SONAR crashed right away, and the fault reporter came up, as usual. However, this time, it was a slicker-looking dialogue box so I immediately thought "updated version?" and decided to give it a go. Previously, hitting the submit button would just lock everything up, but this time it went through and stated that my info had been reported successfully. I haven't received any emails or follow-up since, but that was the first time the fault reporter got that far, so it looks like improvements are being made.

Of course, that doesn't help anyone who still can't get it to work, but since it did finally work for me, I figured it was worth reporting.

Note: I'm still on Manchester.
