I've watched the Cakewalk TV video introduction to Pro Channel. In the video, it shows how to expand the Pro Channel EQ module that sits in the inspector window by clicking on the >> icon in the header strip, which is the fourth little icon from the right (the first being the expand/collapse vertically. But my Pro Channel doesn't have that icon, so I can't expand/toggle out the display to get to the spectrum analyzer and the enlarged EQ mode.
 
Any ideas why my "expand/toggle out" icon is missing? Makes no sense. 

 
I believe that's because you're on Sonar Professional and the flyout EQ + analyzer is only available on Sonar Platinum.
 

Really? That's a bummer. Seems hardly usable in postage-stamp size. Guess I'll be relying on other plugins as my go-to. Thanks for pointing it out.

 
I agree that it's unfortunate.  You do however have at least 7 other EQ's to choose from in Professional so hopefully you'll find one of them suitable.  As for the analyzer section, there are free alternatives from MeldaProduction and Blue Cat Audio to name just two.

I double click in the middle of the pro channel eq window and it pops out

You are using the full Pro Channel EQ module:

and not the mini display in the Console View, correct?

The latter is pretty much postage sized but the full module should be much more usable, even if it's not the larger flyout (which is nice).
