Why don't they put that web page as a link in the tweet?
Anyway, I'm not sure about this. I do have some (android) apps for lightweight music note taking. I find if I try to capture a riff, lead, rhythm or other sound on a cut-down app, I'll be left with an inadequate rendition and I'll forget the original idea. Still - it may have its good points, we'll see.
