Sonar X 3 Studio & Tascam US-1800

Hello Recording Enthusiast,
I recently had a major CPU overhaul and have reloaded my Sonar X 3 and my Tascam US-1800.
However now that i have my Tascam up now it is only letting me record on inputs 1 - 3 - 5 etc...
any ideas as to what i have done wrong?

You do not see 1/Left, 1/Right, 1/Stereo, 3/Left, 3/Right, 3/Stereo and so on. AFAIK SONAR has always displayed inputs this way.
1/Left is input 1
1/Right is input 2
1/Stereo are inputs 1 and 2
3/Left is input 3
3/Right is input 4
3/Stereo are inputs 3 and 4
...

my Focusrite does the same thing, as well as almost all AI's.

1-right =input 1 / 1-left = input 2 ...and so on.
