You can define your user directory within Windows to anything you like.
Not on my win7 system. I can move the things in my user folder (like My Documents, etc.) but not the user folder itself. And I seem to remember a few years ago trying to junction the entire Users folder somewhere else and blowing up Windows, so I don't recommend trying that.

Lots more troubles tonight uploading songs, downloading songs.
Saving files in sets does work, but I got various errors uploading and rendering.
Ultimately it all worked.
