And that was why I came here trying to avoid the re-install part!!
In fact I did contact IK supprt and recieved a reply this morning. Guess what they were wanting to know? They wanted a screen shot of my ST folder structure! So good call Matron. You were on the right track!
And to be honest, I have ST3 on my two other machines and did looked at both of them to see where I had ST3 pointing (all to the same place!). But I never thought to look at what folders were in there.
