I followed re install instructions of Platinum to a tee , downloaded Command Centre from my account page and when I press install it either crashes or says sorry a problem occurred if it persist contact Technical Support.
I have tried different browsers etc however I have noticed since install I have 2 different serial numbers? One showing on the command centre which I presume is the one I registered a year ago and another number on my home page which says was registered 2 days ago?

Assistance required please.

Don't know why you would have 2 serial numbers. Did you perchance re-subscribe to Sonar for the upcoming year? Sounds like a call to technical support is the way to go on this one. If there is an issue with serial numbers and verions of sonar etc, then technical support would be the ones to sort that out. They can quickly sort out issues like this as they have all the information regarding purchasing and account pages at their fingertips.

Yep as it happens rather than pay monthly I paid in advance for the coming year and that could have been the cause.
I emailed tech support yesterday still waiting reply.

Many Thanks

There was a problem with an older version of the Command Center and Win10. The current version is 1.1.4.3. The version number is displayed by holding the CTRL and clicking the gear in the upper right of the Command Center. If it does not display a version number or displays an older version, the new version is available here http://www.cakewalk.com/Command-Center
