Can anyone through any light on this.
I have been using Platinum all updates etc but last week had to do a fresh install of Windows 7.
I managed to re download Platinum upgrade from X3 as luckily I kept a copy.
My problem I am unable to update anything on Command Centre further than this (Version 21.00.01 Build 254).I believe this was the original Platinum before updates.
Help please!! I am running Windows 7 64 bit.

Dumb question - are you logged into CCC?

With a fresh install of Windows, did you install a fresh version of Command Center from http://www.cakewalk.com/Command-Center or a previously downloaded copy? You should use the latest version. Also if you want to use the Command Center, you should let it install SONAR. It is not clear from the first post if that was done.

Thanks scook.I used the new command centre from Cakewalk and had to use a previous platinum link from my first order as the command centre wouldn't download it and it kept crashing.
But when I downloaded Plat I then went to the centre and it updated everythinbg for me to the aforementioned build.Really stuck on this one.

That does not make sense to me. The Command Center would not bother to install the initial version of SONAR Platinum on a fresh windows install and you should not either. It would attempt to install the current version. There is no point in installing old releases. Updates are cumulative, the exception being a couple of exclusive items which originally were bundled in an installer during the release month. In the subsequent month, separate installers were created for the exclusive content. If the Command Center thinks it is current, try the rollback option or try a clean install of the current version. If that does not work call tech support.

Cheers Scook I know baffles me as well it obviously just did the initial update without the named releases which I've been using all along.
I'll try a fresh install as suggested.i have seen documentation from a post that explains the registry alterations too.Mamy thanks.👍

For the latest version it should say 21.13.0.32. You can see this in the CCC. In the About of Sonar it reads Version 21.13.00 Build 32 Newburyport -x64.

Be sure you are renewed on your membership.

When you log on to your Cakewalk Products, what version does that present you with there?
