Re-authorization requirements are to be expected for some products when changing to
any version of the O/S. That just tells you the O/S version is part of the machine profile used to generate the product's license.
I wish they didn't do that, but it's the way of the world now - you are assumed to be a criminal until you prove otherwise.
Just be glad those companies' authorization servers are still up and running. I had no such luck when it came to re-authorizing Adobe Audition. Fortunately, Adobe made a version available that didn't require authorization, but I've dealt with other companies that had completely disappeared, making re-authorization impossible.
