  • SOLVED-Newburyport MD5 Hash Value-Is the posted value correct for 21.13.0.32.002?

Hello from the Colorado Rockies...

Just downloaded Newburyport update, and my local MD5 hash value
doesn't match-up with the one posted at the Cakewalk download location.

I noticed the "32.002", and thought maybe Bakers just didn't re-post the MD5 for
a slightly revised file...OR, I really do have a corrupted download (seemed fine,
no problems).

Would one of you experts check and see if your MD5 hash for this file matches the
one posted?

Thanks,
Blue Marmot

When you install via CCC the first thing that it does is validate the file by checking MD5 value.

If it doesn't report an error it installs the file.

Mike...

Thanks for your kind reply.

My DAW does not have, and will not ever have, an internet connection.
Further, this means that my internet connection computer -- not the DAW
computer -- does not have CCC installed.

So I do not use CCC.

After a few hours I bit the bullet and downloaded again.

You must understand that here high in the Rockies, out in
the remote high forest (great moonlight on the snow tonight
by the way) we have connection speeds powered by slow squirrels.
So it is an investment to download what would be, in the cyber city,
a few minutes.

It turns out that the file was indeed corrupt!
The posted MD5 is correct.

Thanks, everyone who noticed, and Mike
for your response.

The Blue Marmot
