I upgraded to Windows 10 and although everything is fine now (after doing a clean install) when I open some older projects in Sonar I have some odd problems. This is the latest. 
 
I can't set the output bus on any track, or even on the buses. When I click the button it depresses slightly but there is no pull down, no list, nothing.
 
Old tracks are all assigned only to the hardware output.
 
When I create a new track it doesn't seem to get assigned to anything. It stays silent.
 
Is there something I can do to fix this?

Not sure what to say. You don't mention the version or bit rate of Sonar or the bit rate of Windows. That might be helpful to know. From your post it would seem new projects work fine? True? What happens if you open the project in safe mode? (Hold down Shift while you click on the project)

It has been solved, but not by me. I just opened the project again tonight and now the pull downs work and everything (a lot more stuff than usual in fact) is listed there again. I probably should have just closed and reopened Sonar.
