Windows 7 SP1.  Just installed Z3TA+ 2.1.  It had been working fine before, but I upgraded the machine from XP to Win 7 64-bit (with SP1).
 
The 64-bit version works fine.  The 32-bit version crashed the first time I tried to run it.  I ran it as Administrator and entered the verification code.  Now I can run it fine as Administrator but if I run it as myself, it crashes.
 
I suspect this is something obvious, but I don't know what.  Suggestions are welcome.
