How to find previously submitted bug reports? [Answered]

I looked into my Ticket List and it says 0 tickets. But I've filed bug reports in the past. Maybe these are different things? How do I locate a bug report I've previously submitted and possibly retract it or amend it? Thanks!

Go to the Cakewalk homepage.
Under Support>Problem Reports, click on "View an Existing Report".
You now see everything you reported under the name you are currently logged in with.

If you were looking at the "Ticket List" on the Menu in the upper right of this forum, that list is for forum tickets (spam reports, problem posts, etc.) not Cakewalk problem reports.
