Installing a update vst plugin (Mic Mod 64 +32) I decided to just do a failed and existing plugins scan.
I had a few scans hang ups and failed vst errors that normally install fine.
I had to rescan a few times to reinstall existing vst plugins.
This happened in both win 8.1 and won 10.
