I don't have it in front of me now, but in most software if you want the version information you go to Help - About.
 
If not insert a 32 bit VSTi and see if it displays the blue bit bridge icon in the top left corner of the plugin's window.

Right click on the icon and check the path. If there's an (x86) in the path its the 32 bit if not its 64 bit. Help about doesn't indicate whether its the 32 or 64 bit version.

Thanks....this was the first place I looked. With Sonar, it only shows the version # and does not show if it is 32bit or 64bit

I guess you know now. The easiest way to tell is to rightclick the SONAR shortcut and if the path is Program Files it's SONAR x64, but if the path is Program Files (x86), it's SONAR 32 Bit version.
